My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The room, though with double beds instead of queens, offered a pleasant view of the river and the rest of Saigon. It was spacious, modern, and provided a comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, with the manager, Steven Diep, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The location, close to many attractions and amenities, was convenient for exploring the city. The dining options, though not perfect, offered a delicious mix of Western and local flavors. Overall, a great value for the money spent.
The hotel offers nice and clean rooms with some minor details to fix, and the common areas are well-maintained. The service is friendly but falls slightly below the usual Marriott standard. The location is convenient for nearby eateries, but shopping areas are a bit far. The dining options are diverse, and the facilities are satisfactory.
